The Zen Den HB is located at 714 Adams Huntington Beach, CA. Suite 203 (Adams/Beach) TheZenDenHB.com - Beach Yoga is at PCH+17th st. in Huntington Beach, CA. Class is held on the sand between tower 16 and tower 18. Park anywhere near PCH/17th st. (between dog beach and the pier). There is a street light and crosswalk at 17th st. and stairs that take you down to the sand. All beach classes are donation based.
Class Descriptions:
Flow Yoga (Level 1-2): Appropriate for mixed levels. Modifications are given to make poses easier or harder, and more personal for each yogi.
Advanced Yoga (Level 2): This is for those with an advanced practice. Headstands, arm balances, and deep backbends.
Gentle: This class can be taken by anyone. Learn simple relaxing poses, the foundation of breath work, and how to move in your body. We do not stand up or put weight on the joints in this class.
Gentle Flow: Want to work on length, strength, and balance in a slow & safe way? Try this class.
Yin Yoga (deep stretch): This class is for mixed levels. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes and the focus is on relaxing and softening the body. You'll be surprised at how deep your body can stretch when you relax.
Yogalates: This class can is designed to strengthen the core, glutes, and arms by using yoga and pilates movements.
Kids Yoga: ages 4-7 Helps build self-esteem, body awareness, and reduce stress using breath, guided movement, and noncompetitive games.
Youth Yoga: ages 6-13 A safe and noncompetitive class for kids. This class is a traditional vinyasa flow.
Chair Yoga: For people with injuries that are unable to be on their knees, wrists, or have very limited hip movement.
Barre: This is a fun and active class! Ballet bars are used to assist with balance in the poses. Focus is on toning the thighs, butt, and core muscles.
Donation Class: Have a group of 8 people or more? Let's set up a class! You decide the LEVEL, STYLE, LENGTH, and LOCATION.

Doing this for 8 minutes every day will help to improve flexibility and strength. Feel free to play the video as many times as you want, you can never have too many Sun Salutations!
